In the newest versions of AC you have a lot of flexibility in choosing what is included in your CCD - the latest plan is an option to include. This is in 6.5.5 and above.
i do think it has to do with requirements - much of the information in the CCD is useless for what we as physicians think should be included - but the feds did not care what was medically needed it was just up to the bureacrats.
