I know this has been brought up - it would be great if we could lock a file so only a user with the extra password could view it. This comes up because what if a relative works in your office and the pt. wants to talk to you about something he or she would be embarassed about. I happen to live in a small town with limited number of doctors so this kind of thing does come up.
