The two Hyper-V instances that come with the 2012 Standard version is a nice perk, I think. I also like the ability to use drives bigger than 2TB. But is the Standard version much more difficult to set up and maintain than the 2012 Essentials?
And does 2012 impose the annoying lack of the Start Button / Charms as Windows 8?
