I get the following error on the screen that says it can't connect:
"There was an error reaching your SQL Server databases on AMAZINGSERVER (port number 61067)
DETAILS: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding."

Here is a quick suggestion you can try - run the AC Utilities and tell it to reset the database path. then restart AC and re-select the amazingcharts settings file.
The utilities also has several diagnostics that you can run.
