Just a thought. Since all of us must send AC a BAA to sign, is there any way they can generate a generic one to send to all of us? I'm sure that is not the intent of the powers that be, however it would be more time efficient for all involved. If not, where would AC like us to fax our BAA's to get signed.
Thanks for bringing this to the forefront. I see little point to BAA's, but I am not an attorney. It just one more piece of legislation that attempts to get small practices to throw in the towel. Meaningless but mandatory.
