We experienced a service interruption from approximately 7:30am to 1:00pm CST.

SunGard has indicated they encountered limited connectivity and sustained an unexpected interruption of internet service. Sungard has rectified the issue, have taken measures to prevent this from happening again and response times have returned to normal.
