Dan, Easycallbox looks excellent; thanks for calling my attention to it. We drew up a list of characteristics of the ideal product, and this seems to hit nearly all of them. At first glance it seemed a bit pricey, but compared to other programs where you pay by the call, we should come out ahead. Hopefully it eventually pays for itself.
