I used Updox for 2-3 weeks liked a lot of it but in my small practice, wife up front me in back as the only 2 people in the office I found my work load/hrs doing things increased as I had to look at junk emails, preliminary results etc that took more time doing it online than a quick scan of paper and pitch it
