There may be some data stuck in the Windows registry of your computer.
If I'm right, those residual wrong items will drop off the list as you add new demographics on your computer. However, it may remain for a while on computers that you use less often.
There is probably a way to check the Windows registry directly and clear it manually; I could figure it out maybe...
As far as the other autofill items, I will just say that there are some items that behave like that in the Medication autofill section, and they seem to be items where I typed something in instead of choosing it from a dropdown list or combo box. Could that be the issue here as well?
