Most Dell's come with a BMC (Base Management Controller) meaning they can be hardware controlled before the OS loads, meaning someone could remotely set up your new OS.
I would recommend either SBS Essentials 2011 or Server 2012 Essentials.
Bert is correct in that SBS 2011 is compatible with both AC 6.3.3 (SQL 2005) and AC 6.5.4 (SQL 2012). Server 2012 Essentials is only compatible with latter, at least officially.
