Dell is correct (and I would hope so) that 2003 is not 64-bit. I could go all fancy and say go 2012 and run a Hyper-V with SBS 2011 but, I will still stick with SBS 2011 Essentials, and you will get SharePoint and Exchange in the cloud (turnkey). I think you would love it, and it is easier to maintain than the straight servers.

There is no way to change servers and make it any cheaper. I don't understand that logic. They make a card that can be installed and allow an IT tech to remote in and install the server.

I would go that route, purchase SBS 2011 Essentials and let Sandeep install it.
