After a frustrating slow Friday amazing charts was running extremely slow. A chat with tech support and remote log in they come to the fact there is nothing wrong with the program or the computer and they could not help. I got thinking what if I instal an instance of hyper V on my server ( currently running windows 2008 SBS, Intel Xeon E620 @ 2.4Ghz 2 processors with 64Gb of RAM) a spare windows 7 pro and have just Amazing charts and its SQL running on that machine only. Leaving the server to work on AD, Exchange, Fax server etc.
Would this be a good idea or should I save up for Windows 2008/2012 and have the hyper V machine also running 2008/2012?
