I would create a portal for yourself and then play with all the functions, how to message office, check on results, etc. so that when questions come up in the future you can answer quickly and accurately--
Create a portal page for your practice and include office hours and vacation time and whatever you want to create and design to meet your needs.
Also send out your new 888 fax number to as many offices, labs, hospital as soon as possible if you decided to buy--because once the e-faxing starts coming through you really start to see the improved efficiencies.
Do things in stages and also have the nurse help the doc carry the load with the faxing and portal messaging when that time arrives.
