Hello all
I have been using e-prescribing on AC for about a couple of years now. I was never told when I was signed up for it about the possibility of getting e-renewals. It only occurred to me today to ask AC support about it. They told me I wasn't set up to use Newcrop, but now I am. When I asked how come I didn't have it to start with, I was told it's because I never asked for it. Does that sound right to you?
