I may misunderstand your question, but you can easily get a superbill for any patient. In patient list either right click and select pull superbill or open chart and select last tab (account information) there is a button for hcfa 1500 among the choices.

Yes, I can get a superbill. But I cannot submit it to my clearinghouse (well, I don't Think so.). The HFCA form is for us to submit our bills.
I literally want a general form that can be used to file claims for self-pay patients for the patients to be reimbursed. Because you don't take their insurance, and this lets you add a service in to make things a little easier on them. You can even charge an extra nuisance fee (For just $15, we'll happily file your claim! Have a nice day! )
