I like the third one too, but right now when Medicaid is paying more for a 99213 without a copay than the private insurance companies and is paying even more than the private insurance companies for well child and their turnaround time is faster, and they pay another $50,000 a year for Pay for Performance/Availability, you tend to do OK. Again, so far this will last only two years. But, not the availability.
