What are your settings in the prescription format admin section? The TSP has been one crazy nightmare from the beginning, so I am not sure if this will help at all. From my experiments, you can not put the name of the state in the top field. You must put TSP800 there. At that point, you can use Format 1 or the state name. I was successful with both of the latter two. I realize that if you have success with TSP800 and Format 1, it may not be accepted by New York, something I find rather silly, give all of these tend to meet the criteria of stopping diversion of controlled substances. I suppose if you were to get it to work with the TSP800 in the top field and Format 1 in the bottom, you may be able to take it up with the DEA office there and see if it is acceptable.

Also, are you using black mark paper?
