Probably one would recoup $1500 pretty fast -- transcription isn't cheap.
V12 Preferred seems a lot more accurate than V11.5 -- if I get the medical, it will be after they come out with V12 medical.
For now, I just dictate into a "remote" machine using Dragon on my "local" machine. Clumsy, but it works.
