I use an online time clock for my employees.
I've been using this since I started my practice over four years ago and it has worked out very well. It has kept records for all employees since the beginning.

For myself as administrator and 2 employees, it's about $21.00 per month. ($2.00 per month for each additional employee.)
It's very easy to generate reports on a weekly basis and does all the calculations for me - including keeping track hours, overtime, employees accrued personal time, holiday time, and any other category you may want to make.
My staff likes it. Easy to navigate and they can monitor accrued personal time
easily. A little bit of a learning curve to first use it (for me, not them), but now I really like it.
