Thanks for the info on the TSP setup. Now that I have it up and running, and it worked GREAT on the test machine, I put it into production and now nothing prints. The job shows up in the queue, it says it is printing, disappears from the queue, but doesn't print.
I have run every diagnostic from print utility, I have logged into the printer and checked every setting. It prints a test page fine, but will NOT print a prescription.
What am I missing now?
I figured out the wireless problem. The printer thinks it is a wireless router and broadcasts its own ssid. I cannont figure out to make it recognize the office wireless, so I just set up a PC to connect to the printer's wireless and then configured it from there.
