I'm an ophthalmologist, too, and I'm having the same problem. What I find even weirder is that when I run the meaningful use wizard it says that out of the two diabetic patients that it has chosen to include in my numerator and denominator, they are being excluded from the denominator. What does that even mean?!? I wish there was a way that we could see the names of the patients that actually are being including in the wizard's counts, so that I could tell what I did right for those patients. On another note, I actually called the help desk to see if they could include more of the ophthalmology specific CQMS, and they said that they were only approved the 18 they already have, and they weren't adding any more anytime soon.
