Hi... I think this is the same topic, so I'm asking in "my words"....
Doc that I'm helping wants to have the lab results in the "imported items" tab incorporated into notes in the "most recent encounter" tab. His goal is that when he prints the encounter, the lab results are included in the notes as printed. As it is now, he has to type in the lab results into the notes, so that when he prints the encounter, the lab results are in there.
He's seen a couple of hospital EHRs printouts... which "appear" to show the lab results incorporated into the encounter notes.
Is this what can't be done as discussed above?
