OP Duke Member Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 11 CA	Just wonder if there is a way to format the letter to referring physicians, eg, to change the margins in the page. I have papers preprinted with letterhead and when the letter comes out, the date is too close to the to of the page Thanks
