The print button I'm referring to would be a "Print to Patient Portal" button in AC. It is very cumbersome and error prone now to print labs from AC to Updox, then reattach to the correct patient in Updox (the patient doesn't stay attached to the printed lab in Updox), then send to patient portal from Updox (and cross your finger you did all this exactly right every time). There should be one button in AC that prints the results/patient summary/whatever directly to the patient portal. That way, there is no way the wrong result can be sent to the wrong patient. Updox says they would love to do it, but they need permission from AC. Bert, you are the most powerful one of us out there, so maybe you can help...
