I am not sure how much I trust the KLAS surveys, but this one suggests that so many people are unhappy with their EMR's, that about half of the people looking to buy are actually looking to replace the EMR they already have.

And, in good news for AC, "60% of EHR buyers in 2012 are considering a small vendor."
