My guess is you should only look for a significant speed improvement with 6.3.3 if you were already suffering from slowness ...
Remembering the preferred pharmacy is a plus. What about some other issues:
How about the "can't delete an imported item without right-clicking first" bug?
How about very slow opening of imported items (especially when the patient has a lot of them)?
Are these gone with 6.3.3?
