Saying "version 6" is like saying "a little white pill", either cover a broad range of content.

v6.0.9, which we used about a year ago, was horrible. To say the least. I am not sure about any v6 below this.

v6.0.10 was better, 6.0.11 better still. We are using 6.1.2 now, which is reasonably fast and very stable.

I think, if one upgraded from 6.0.9 to the new version, one would see a huge difference. Upgrading from 6.1.2 to new may not be as big a difference.
