The reason your results may not be appearing is because the Meaningful Use Wizard relies on the LOINC codes for these results. The LOINC code is what makes the labs standardized. Lab names are not always reliable, as many lab companies will abbreviate a lab name, which makes it unreliable and unstructured. The LOINC code is a standardized value which corresponds to the one and only lab test which was ordered. Unfortunately, many lab companies do not send this code, but you can contact your lab and request that they begin using the LOINC codes if at all possible.
