Your post above probably deserves its own thread. I have been hopeful for closed folders in Imported Items since this
rather feeble promise made by Tech Support 3 years ago.
Along with the letter writer, Imported Items remains a black hole in the Amazing Charts universe: crash prone, balky folders, quirky deletion methods, unable to globally rename or add new folders. And when I began to get lab downloads from Quest, it sorts the lab by most recent to the top, while all my previously imported scanned labs are in date order.
Oh well, waiting patiently for version 7 in October. C'mon Tech Support, throw us a bone!
