As Dr. Cook's nurse I have a request for the physical exam (lb). It would be nice to have two spots for weights (lb) and (oz). We noticed if you put a weight of 10lb 15oz as 10.15 it converts to 10.2 when you reopen the chart. So, we break down the weight as 10.9 pounds to correct for the problem. However, when a mom wants to get her childs measurements we need to reconvert back to pounds and ounces.
