We upgraded from 5029 to 632 a few weeks ago. Upgrade WITH AC tech support did not go well, took another day plus with Claire to get our workstations working properly -- had to manually uninstall and reinstall and remove registry entries from first install attempt. A royal pain but Kudos to Claire for spending so much time with us.
Minor errors:
[1] When using Remote Desktop keep getting startup message "The Amazing Charts Service is not running on the Main Computer" then loads and works so obviously it is working.
[2] Remote backup is not working but Tech support is working on it.
[3] My nursing staff is having trouble with this version re approving and refilling medications for patients and they are whining -- a LOT! Not sure what the problem is but will get back to the group. As a result they are inundating our physician staff with this function now....
[4] E Prescribing is MUCH, MUCH better and faster than 5029!!
