If I remember correctly, some users are using an alternative solution to accessing Imported Items from AC, which is getting pretty slow in patients with lots of items. Can I get a "Classic Comics" version of this? Is it just storing PDF files in a separate folder on the server, or is there more to it? How does it handle imported labs from Quest? Can you access the data directly from AC, or is it more or less using a separate program to view the data? In other words, is there a solution that really integrates with the patient record but is separate and faster?
