Peter, to agree with what John says, and slightly expand upon it: many of us do not use the AC superbill, and some do not use the scheduler. The only impact I can see would on MU cqm's. (It has no effect on the core or menu items). For the cqm's to register an encounter, you must put in a cpt code, preferably when you sign the note. The cpt need not be accurate (it does not have to match the actual billing) but does need to be entered.
