Hi Bob,

First, I apologize for our mixed message.

You have experienced the effect of our rapid growth: not everybody working at/with/for Amazing Charts understands the concept of Kind Capitalism - mostly since it still is being developed (here is where we are working to officially define these tenets).

I understand where the confusion has come from; most of our team has come from other corporate cultures where the "dollar is sacred" and everything else is second to it. With our rapid growth, we've not had the time to (figuratively) beat the corporate environment out of all our employees. (Mostly since I'm focusing on getting our long-overdue practice management module complete.)

Anyway, rest-assured that we will treat you fairly. Not through favoritism or because you complained, but because Kind Capitalism means treating our clients fairly - the way we want to be treated ourselves, and that means that if you aren't using the additional licenses why should you have to pay support and maintenance for those licenses? That just doesn't seem fair.

We are working internally to educate our team on this seemingly obvious philosophy, but it is surprising how difficult it is to get corporate and bureaucratic mentality out of folks.

Again, sorry for the confusion and thanks for your constructively bringing this to my attention.

Jon
