Let me also say that changing to Medical made a *huge* difference. The Medical version is just *waiting* for a chance to correctly interpret a medical phrase, and it's not that expensive to upgrade from Professional.
Example I recently read: Urinalysis would probably be rendered "You're in analysis" if you are using a non-medical version, because that is what most non-medical people would be most likely to say.
