What you are looking for is Bactrim Pediatric Oral Suspension.
That should already be codified.
That does not work for me in 6.1.2.
I usually use Septra or "trimeth" will bring up sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim (too many sulfa drugs, easier to find under trimeth)
