The Dr. reports this worked in 6.0.10 but is not working now in 6.1.2. She is trying to refill
BACTRIM PEDIATRIC SUSPENSION 200 SMX; 40 TMPMG/5ML
and the error is:
Invalid external override drug. Scheduled drugs must be printed and wet signed. Schedule 3-5 drugs may then be faxed. If you believe this drug is not a controlled subsance, please return to the Write Scripts screen and codify the medication...
We tried codify but that just gives two choices:
Bactrim DS oral tablet
Bactrim oral tablet
The codify window seems to let you pick a predifed string or type in our own, but typing in her own just gives the error "no drug selected".
We have not been ePrescribing that long so maybe this is a remedial eRX error? But again she said it's now with 6.1.2 and showed me in the history where she refilled this medicine just a few weeks ago.
