First blush the looking at the verbiage: I believe the key appears to be SHARING the same EMR (such as Kaiser does, or some hospitals with outpatient practices do with EPIC) as opposed to merely having the same software. I share my AC only with my partner. We are the same legal entity. However, Dan, accross town, is a different legal entity using his own certified EHR technology that operates independently of mine.
