I think you will find that your MA will become used to things very quickly after only a few "retrievals."
I've been amazed (pun intended) at how quickly our staff adjusts to changes in workflow. It seems to go MUCH faster if the person making the error has to correct it. Of course, since your NP is only working once a week it'll take longer for your MA.
My dh has a NP and I am soooo glad. Thursday (when she takes call) are my new Fridays!
