yes I agree you have to highlight the date, delete, then re-enter. After clicking "given elsewhere" you DO have to comment. So I just type in "given elsewhere" in the comments. Then I copy it before moving on- so that the next one I enter I can just PASTE in the "given elsewhere" in the comments and don't have to type it out 20 times.
