Hello,
This is an issue where the local PCs cannot read that the services are running on the server, when they actually are.
There is one sure fix for this and that is by uninstalling Amazing Charts on the server and then reinstall it. Just make sure you run a backup first.
Then just go into the Control Panel and open Programs to uninstall Amazing Charts.
After the uninstall just run the installer to reinstall Amazing Charts.
This should fix the issue.
