I'm thinking that there might be some performance improvement using an application server as opposed to RDP. Plus you only have to update one computer for new versions. The application server in Windows 2008 looks pretty complicated and oriented to web applications as opposed to virtual applications. Still reading the manuals as that one is included in the Windows Server. XenApp looks simpler but I still can't figure out how much it would cost as it involves TS Cals and their own licensing. Neo is the "TS Web Apps" the server included with Windows? Was it hard to set up?
