Um, CPCDOC? You got a name? Maybe some contact information?

I'd LIKE to help you figure out this out, but your profile is empty.

What version of Amazing Charts are you running? Do you have a support agreement with them? Does the computer running AC have internet access?

The latest release "phones home" - we're not thrilled about it, but I can understand Jon's reasons for it. The message you're getting though isn't that your license is expired - which by the way I've NEVER heard of happening, even though the current EULA says CAN happen. You're saying that it "can't verify" the license, which if I understand that part of the source code correctly means that ET (or in this case AC) is trying to phone home, and can't.

If you haven't been able to reach technical support at Amazing Charts, send me a private message with how to get in contact with you and I'll help you troubleshoot this.
