Tell me if I am wrong, but you sound a bit defensive. How can a guess be more off base than another guess.
If you duplicate the problem that will help. But, the ONLY time I have seen the problem is when installing. Especially, reverting back to another version. Somehow during the installation process, AC just doesn't recognize Codes or Meds as being up to date.
Are you blaming the users or AD for the prescription writing issue. Many of us have been working on that or contacting AC about it for months. AC has said they are working on it. We shall see.
I am sure you have no knowledge of the presription problem.
Would you please tell me where you arrived at that? How would you know if I have any knowledge of the prescription problem or Crystal Reports. Everyone has knowledge the moment they upgrade to version 6. That is an unbelievable and inciting statement.
I would love detailed instructions on how to make anything in AC work better or how to do anything to help my patients. I think I will pass on detailed instructions to have a codes file disappear. My codes file is doing fine right where it is.
