Hello to all:
I need advice on how others are signing off & reviewing their labs. We just recently started with AC a few weeks ago and just got our lab interface up and working.
My problem today is when the provider is reviewing the labs (from the import tab) she wants to be able to go back into the chart and review the patients meds and chart notes before she signs off on the lab and makes notes as to what she wants the patient to do. AC won't let her have the lab open and the chart at the same time. She has to close it and then open the chart. Is there another way to do accomplish this and be able to view labs & chart at the same time?
