we have drug reps come in for lunches a few days out of the month. there is no schedule for this - i try to schedule it when the doc has a lighter day.
i notice i can't schedule anyone unless they are a patient. i would like the doctor to be aware of this so they can tell me ro reschedule or plan accordingly. i know that i can message them, but they may forget when the time comes around. anyone find a way around this?
