The timetable for the PM is a concern. I am debating whether to upgrade Medisoft or not in order to meet the 5010 requirements. It would be nice to have an integrated EHR/PM format.
I too am considering another office, but unsure how to best have AC running simultaneously at multiple locations (and running well). I wonder if a hosted version of AC is in the works. That might be something to pursue.
