According to the download page in my post above:
The .NET Framework 4 works side by side with older Framework versions. Applications that are based on earlier versions of the Framework will continue to run on the version targeted by default.
I know, this doesn't answer the real question "what versions of .NET do I need to run Amazing Charts?" But at least you don't have to uninstall any earlier versions before installing .NET 4
