Then, simply make a template using one of these placeholders in the right spot. AC then automatically fills in the correct information from the demographics page. For example, if you are in the record of Mr. James Smith, who is 49 years old, and your HPI template says " %Mr %FNAME %LNAME is a %AGE year old %sex..." and then click on that template, what will show up in the HPI is "Mr. James Smith is a 49 year old man..."
