I have version 5.0.29 and I do use the mail order. I use the Newcrops screen and when I get to the last view of sending to pharmacy, I just hit ADD Pharm, search for MEDCO/CAREMARK/etc. Unfortunately it does not save it to the list but does enable me to use the mail order pharmacies.
